Delivery Guidelines
Delivery to Republic of Ireland
Deliveries are charged at 30% of total purchase or Free Delivery on orders over 60€ across the Republic of Ireland and North Ireland.
Also available Click & Collect free of charge. Please note if you choose Click & Collect you will be responsible for arranging collection of your order. We will not be responsible for shipping your order.
We aim to provide 3/5 day delivery within Ireland when you place an order before 12.00pm.
Please provide a contact number and eircode if situated in a rural area.
UK Delivery
UK delivery is 60% of total purchase. Please allow 7/14 working days for delivery.
For delivery outside Ireland and UK (ie Rest of Europe) – orders are charged at Flat rate €14. Allow 7-14 working days for delivery.
For delivery to the Rest of World – orders are charged at €70.
If you are ordering outside the EU please allow up to 21 days for your parcel to pass through customs. If your order is travelling outside the EU, you may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.

Returns Guidelines
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind once fabric has been cut, or once digital products have been delivered. Fabric cut to specific measurements is classed as a “customised” product under EU Law and thus conforms under this refund policy. Please follow the care instructions as outlined in product description as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly. The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by MUM fabrics due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings. in the unlikely event that we have send you the wrong fabric or you find that your fabric is faulty, we will replace the fabric at no charge or if we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable we will refund both the fabric costs and the shipping fee (if applicable).
Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging. Please note that we are not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.
How to return or exchange:
You can return items by post or to our Store within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item(s) to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging.
Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. This will appear on your account within five to ten days depending on your card issuer.

We can only process a refund with clear instructions of the refund or exchange required.
Please note:
All climes on faulty items must be made within 14 days of purchase & proof of purchase must be provided. To make claim please email us at garmentmum@gmail.com
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Custom made garments or orders
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
